Who am I?

Hello! My name is Mia! I am a certified Holistic Health coach and nutritionist! 

I grew up in a small farm town in BC Canada. I have always been interested in holistic health and nature since I was a little girl. I used to make “potions” out of mud and leaves in the backyard. Fast forward to now, I still make “potions” in my kitchen.

I believe in healing from the inside out. With this belief I have lost over 30+ lbs while struggling with pcos. I have also lessened my eczema flare ups, healed my acne, balanced my hormones, and have a healthy gut. All this is possible when you start from the basics of healing.

My goal is to help my community heal from the inside out and be confident, happy, and healthy every day!

What is holistic healing?

"True healing occurs when we nurture the mind, nourish the body, and uplift the spirit in harmony."

Holistic healing is a comprehensive approach to wellness that considers the entirety of a person's being—mind, body, and spirit. Rather than focusing solely on treating symptoms, holistic healing seeks to address the root cause of ailments by addressing imbalances in all aspects of a person's life. 

This approach integrates various healing modalities, including traditional medicine, alternative therapies, nutrition, exercise, mental health practices, and spiritual practices, to promote overall well-being and harmony. By treating the individual as a whole and recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of their being, holistic healing aims to restore balance, promote self-healing, and empower individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness journey.
